　　致力于藥物代謝動力學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論和應(yīng)用的研究，以藥物代謝動力學(xué)新理論、新模型、新技術(shù)和新方法的研究及其在新藥開發(fā)研究中的應(yīng)用為主要的研究方向。目前主要研究方向包括：

　　1．藥動學(xué)和藥效學(xué)結(jié)合研究

　　2．創(chuàng)新藥物的體內(nèi)外代謝及代謝機(jī)理研究

　　3．中藥和天然產(chǎn)物的藥代動力學(xué)研究

　　目前承擔(dān)國家自然科學(xué)基金資助項(xiàng)目“丹參多組分多靶點(diǎn)間接藥動學(xué)-藥效學(xué)模型研究”

　?、鬯@成果：2004年獲得江蘇省科技進(jìn)步一等獎一項(xiàng)（創(chuàng)新藥物體內(nèi)吸收、代謝、分布與排泄新理論與新模型研究）；2007年獲得國家科技進(jìn)二等獎一項(xiàng)（臨床前藥物代謝動力學(xué)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與研究體系）；

　　④研究生培養(yǎng)：培養(yǎng)碩士研究生15名，目前在讀碩士13名；培養(yǎng)博士研究生2名，目前在讀博士生3名。
