　　蔡沖，女，博士，副教授，碩士生導(dǎo)師，“浙江省151人才工程” 第三層次培養(yǎng)人才，1979年出生。

　　工作簡歷：2006年6月~至今 中國計(jì)量學(xué)院生命科學(xué)學(xué)院

　　研究方向：園藝植物采后生物學(xué)、植物與有害生物互作機(jī)制

　　主要社會兼職：浙江省園藝學(xué)會會員

　　教學(xué)工作：
　　1．主講《植物學(xué)》、《植物細(xì)胞與組織培養(yǎng)》；
　　2．2008-2010年，主持中國計(jì)量學(xué)院《植物學(xué)》精品課程；
　　3．2009-2010年，主持中國計(jì)量學(xué)院教改項(xiàng)目《植物學(xué)精品課程建設(shè)中的問題與對策研究》；
　　4．2007年中國計(jì)量學(xué)院“青年教師師德演講比賽三等獎”；
　　5．2007年中國計(jì)量學(xué)院“青年教師講課比賽三等獎”。

　　主要獲獎：
　　1．2009年，“特色果品楊梅、枇杷采后貯運(yùn)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與集成應(yīng)用”成果獲得農(nóng)業(yè)部中華農(nóng)業(yè)科技獎三等獎，7/10；
　　2．2008年，“果實(shí)采后品質(zhì)變化及其調(diào)控的分子生理機(jī)制”成果獲得教育部自然科學(xué)獎一等獎，6/8；
　　3．2007年，“程序降溫減輕枇杷果實(shí)采后冷害”論文獲得浙江省自然科學(xué)優(yōu)秀論文二等獎，1/4。

　　主要科研項(xiàng)目：
　　1．2010-2012年，主持浙江省創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)“農(nóng)產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)代物流與質(zhì)量安全”子項(xiàng)目；
　　2．2006-2010年，主持國家“十一五”科技支撐計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目子項(xiàng)目：農(nóng)產(chǎn)品儲藏期間的冷害控制技術(shù)（2006BAD22B05）；
　　3．2007-2009年，第二主持人參加國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目：采后枇杷果實(shí)木質(zhì)化相關(guān)基因協(xié)同表達(dá)及其調(diào)控研究（30600423）；
　　4．2006-2008年，參加國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目：獼猴桃果實(shí)成熟衰老進(jìn)程中兩個(gè)乙烯受體基因的表達(dá)與調(diào)控（30571284）。

　　獲得國家發(fā)明專利授權(quán)2項(xiàng)
　　1．2008年，枇杷果實(shí)低溫貯藏方法（ZL 200510048909.5），2/2；
　　2．2007年，一種枇杷果實(shí)貯藏保鮮方法（ZL 200510050200.9），2/2。

　　Chong Cai, female, tutor of Master, qualified personnel in level three of Zhejiang 151 Talent Project in new century. She was born in 1979, graduated as Ph.D. form Zhejiang University in 2006 and worked in College of life sciences, China Jiliang University since then.
