　　研究方向和興趣領(lǐng)域：
　　我們實(shí)驗(yàn)室聚焦在貝類遺傳學(xué)和種質(zhì)工程研究，重點(diǎn)開展扇貝的遺傳學(xué)現(xiàn)象和機(jī)理、性狀的分子標(biāo)記和遺傳調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)解析等研究，并應(yīng)用分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞遺傳學(xué)和現(xiàn)代育種技術(shù)相結(jié)合等方法建立貝類的良種培育體系；同時(shí)我們也對(duì)貝類基因組學(xué)和進(jìn)化生物學(xué)感興趣，貝類奇異的基因組結(jié)構(gòu)，豐富的遺傳多樣性和復(fù)雜的遺傳現(xiàn)象讓我們迷惑和興奮。
　　
　　主要學(xué)術(shù)成就：
　　主持和承擔(dān)了國家重點(diǎn)和重大項(xiàng)目20余項(xiàng)。在扇貝的遺傳育種理論和技術(shù)研究中取得重要突破，率先構(gòu)建了扇貝的遺傳連鎖圖譜，建立了貝類GISH分析技術(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SSR位點(diǎn)種質(zhì)鑒定技術(shù)，建立了我國扇貝的良種培育體系，應(yīng)用分子標(biāo)記技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代選育技術(shù)相結(jié)合培育出第一個(gè)高產(chǎn)抗逆的扇貝新品種“蓬萊紅”，獲得國家新品種證書，取得顯著的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，2005年獲國家海洋局創(chuàng)新成果一等獎(jiǎng)。
　　在國內(nèi)外著名科學(xué)刊物上發(fā)表論文100余篇（其中SCI、EI收錄50余篇），主參編專著多部；成果獲各級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)20余項(xiàng)，其中國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，省部級(jí)一等獎(jiǎng)4項(xiàng)、二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。自2002年以來，連續(xù)3屆獲青島市技術(shù)拔尖人才稱號(hào)，2003年獲全國優(yōu)秀水產(chǎn)科技工作者，2004年獲青島市優(yōu)秀教師稱號(hào)，2006年獲國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。
