一、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)
本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)具有綜合的通信工程基本理論和專門知識，具備德、智、體、美全面發(fā)展、基礎(chǔ)理論厚實(shí)、知識結(jié)構(gòu)合理、適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)、富有創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神和國際視野，能在通信工程領(lǐng)域從事通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、組網(wǎng)、部署及調(diào)試等方面工作的高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型人才。期待畢業(yè)生五年左右達(dá)到以下目標(biāo)：
1. 具備扎實(shí)的數(shù)學(xué)、自然科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)能力，良好的人文素養(yǎng)、社會責(zé)任感和職業(yè)道德；
2. 運(yùn)用通信工程專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)理論和專業(yè)知識，具有創(chuàng)新意識、各類通信系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備進(jìn)行分析、設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、應(yīng)用與維護(hù)、技術(shù)管理等方面的工程實(shí)踐能力；
3. 具有文獻(xiàn)檢索和資料查詢的能力，了解通信技術(shù)前沿動態(tài)和發(fā)展趨勢；
4. 具有良好的表達(dá)和溝通能力以及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和組織管理能力；
5. 具有終身學(xué)習(xí)的意識, 具備不斷學(xué)習(xí)和適應(yīng)發(fā)展的能力；
6. 具有一定的國際視野和良好的外語應(yīng)用能力。
 
I.Training objectives
The major aims at developing multi-skill technology talented person withthe basic theory and expertise in communications engineering, the comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physique and art,who has solid theoretic foundation, reasonable knowledge structure, strong application capabilities, innovative entrepreneurial spirit and international vision.He is the high-quality applied talents, who can engage in the communications engineering field in the research and development, design, network building, deployment and debugging. Graduates are expected to achieve the following goals in about five years:
1. Be equipped with solid mathematical, basic knowledge of natural science, good humanistic accomplishment, social responsibility and professional ethics;
2. Master the basic theory and professional knowledge of the field of communications engineering, have thecapability of innovative consciousness, complex communication system modeling, analysis, design, development, application and maintenance, technical management and other aspects of engineering practice;
3. Have thecapability ofliterature search and data query, understand the cutting edge of communication technology and development trends;
4. Have good command and communication skills, teamwork and organization and management skills;
5. Have a sense of lifelong learning, have the ability to continue to learn and adapt to development;
6. Have international vision and good foreign language application ability.
