王翀,男,浙江寧波人,1985年02月出生,講師,博士,碩士生導(dǎo)師,現(xiàn)就職于寧波大學(xué)信息科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院。2014年于香港大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位,2010年于中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)獲得工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,是IEEE電機(jī)與電子類榮譽(yù)協(xié)會(huì)Eta Kappa Nu的首個(gè)海外分會(huì)(香港大學(xué)Lamda Iota分會(huì))的奠基成員,并曾任責(zé)任秘書,在2014至2015年間先后于香港大學(xué)和香港理工大學(xué)擔(dān)任研究助理和助理研究員。2015年加入寧波大學(xué),現(xiàn)將近年來取得一些成績總結(jié)如下:1、科研方面,主要從事圖像處理和機(jī)器視覺的研究,其中主要研究方向?yàn)槭謩?shì)識(shí)別、人機(jī)交互系統(tǒng)、深度學(xué)習(xí),圖像去噪、超分辨率和基于圖像的渲染(IBR)等。以第一作者身份(通訊作者),發(fā)表SCI/EI論文14篇,累積被引用130余次,參與/合作發(fā)表SCI/EI論文16余篇,其中在IEEE Transactions on Multimedia (TMM)期刊上發(fā)表的題為“Superpixel-based Hand Gesture Recognition with Kinect Depth Camera”進(jìn)入其學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域中最優(yōu)秀的ESI(1%)高被引用論文之列(0.38%)?,F(xiàn)擔(dān)任包括IEEE Trans. Multimedia, IEEE Trans. Cybernetics, IEEE Trans. Human Machine System, IEEE Trans. Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems等多種學(xué)術(shù)刊物的審稿人,曾任IEEE國際會(huì)議DSP 2017和ICSPCC 2015的分會(huì)主持(Session Chair)。目前主持國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目,浙江省自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目,浙江大學(xué)CAD&CG國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開放課題,浙江省教育廳科研項(xiàng)目和寧波市自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目各一項(xiàng)。曾參與多項(xiàng)香港政府創(chuàng)新及科技基金項(xiàng)目、香港政府優(yōu)配研究金項(xiàng)目和國家重大科學(xué)工程項(xiàng)目。2016年,以項(xiàng)目“三維場(chǎng)景的實(shí)時(shí)處理和交互系統(tǒng)”參加首屆中國創(chuàng)新挑戰(zhàn)賽(西安賽區(qū)),入圍決賽并獲得優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)。同年,被九三學(xué)社寧波市委會(huì)聘為特邀信息員。2016年獲寧波大學(xué)王寬誠教育基金資助前往美國西雅圖參加IEEE國際會(huì)議ICME 2016。2017年,前往英國倫敦參加IEEE國際會(huì)議DSP 2017,并應(yīng)邀于謝菲爾德大學(xué)(University of Sheffield)作短期訪問。2、在教學(xué)上,他積極參加學(xué)校組織的青年教師技能培訓(xùn)及競賽,他利用校外的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程學(xué)習(xí)各大高校的名師課堂,已在教學(xué)上積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。他主講了《人機(jī)交互技術(shù)》、《面向?qū)ο蟪绦蛟O(shè)計(jì)》、《現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線與工業(yè)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)》、《計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)》和《計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)科前沿》等本科課程,以及《移動(dòng)應(yīng)用開發(fā)》等留學(xué)生課程,教學(xué)效果良好。善于結(jié)合課程相關(guān)的前沿技術(shù),課程內(nèi)容廣度與深度相結(jié)合,樂于師生互動(dòng),深受學(xué)生喜愛。3、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)方面,進(jìn)入寧波大學(xué)以來,他積極參與學(xué)院及科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)工作。作為普通教師,積極參與學(xué)院學(xué)科及專業(yè)建設(shè)和評(píng)估工作,在計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)的工程認(rèn)證申報(bào)、碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)一級(jí)學(xué)科點(diǎn)申報(bào)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)本科教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)估、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)與應(yīng)用碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn)評(píng)估等工作中,積極協(xié)助相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人搜集、整理相關(guān)資料和數(shù)據(jù),填寫相關(guān)表格,撰寫相關(guān)內(nèi)容及作會(huì)議記錄等。并且,擔(dān)任計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)科建設(shè)圖形圖像方向負(fù)責(zé)人,協(xié)調(diào)方向內(nèi)的學(xué)科建設(shè)和管理工作。4、在學(xué)生培養(yǎng)上,他指導(dǎo)研究生4人,本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)21人,所指導(dǎo)的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)“多深度相機(jī)的動(dòng)態(tài)三維場(chǎng)景重建”和“基于深度卷積網(wǎng)絡(luò)的犬科動(dòng)物圖像識(shí)別”分獲得寧波大學(xué)2016屆和2018屆校級(jí)優(yōu)秀本科優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)。擔(dān)任過本科生班主任和本科生導(dǎo)師,與學(xué)生關(guān)系密切,并指導(dǎo)他們參加科研項(xiàng)目,積極培養(yǎng)本科生的科研能力,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生申請(qǐng)并授權(quán)了3項(xiàng)實(shí)用新型專利。在擔(dān)任13電信升本班主任期間,通過各類活動(dòng)加深與學(xué)生聯(lián)系,班級(jí)就業(yè)率達(dá)到100%,獲得寧波大學(xué)信息科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院2015-2016學(xué)年優(yōu)秀班主任稱號(hào)。作為培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)導(dǎo)師之一,他在2017年第十四屆全國研究生數(shù)學(xué)建模競賽和2016年浙江省大學(xué)生機(jī)器人競賽中獲得二等獎(jiǎng)。
